Common questions

I bought "All Destinations, No Ads" — how do I get it back?

On the Home screen (the "Your Trip with Mandy" map), tap Restore Purchases at the bottom, next to the purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. It's a one-time purchase, so restoring never charges you again. If Family Sharing is on, family members can restore it on their own devices too.

I got a new phone. Where's my progress?

Progress is saved on your device only and is not synced between phones, so a new phone starts again at level 1. Your purchase isn't lost, though — use Restore Purchases and every destination unlocks right away.

Can I turn off Mandy's notes, or see them less often?

Yes. On the Home screen (the "Your Trip with Mandy" map), find Notes from Mandy and choose Every level, Every other, or Off.

How do I change my ad choices?

Tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then switch Mandy's Mahjong on or off. With tracking off you'll see non-personalized ads.
EEA & UK: tap Privacy Choices on the Home screen to reopen Google's consent form and change your answers.
No ads: "All Destinations, No Ads" removes ads entirely.
